About us

Peter MacLeod and Dominic Jerrams are award winning, traditionally trained and time served stonemasons with a wealth of experience in stone carving, building and limeworks. MacLeod and Jerrams combine extensive site management and practical craft skills. Peter and Dominic have previously worked on landmark projects in Aberdeenshire, Moray and the Highlands including Marischal College, Inverness Townhouse and Princes Street in Thurso. Both Peter and Dominic hold Advanced Craft certification in Stonemasonry.

Peter’s great, great grandfather built the Royal Hotel in Tain, Ross-shire with his great, great, great grandfather building several landmark buildings within the area, including Tain Sheriff Court, and Tarbat Old primary school.

Dom also has family grounded within the stone masonry craft, and this interest led him into stone masonry, working in London and around Oxford in addition to many corners of Scotland.

We are passionate about our built heritage and are delighted to work with many clients - architects, surveyors, ecclesiastical bodies, historical trusts and home owners.
